10:00 am – Staff Introduction

10:15 am – Stretch

10:30 am – Offense Priority Skills and Drills

11:15 am – Defense Priority Skills and Drills

12:00 pm – Kick/Punt/Pass Teach and Competition

12:30 pm – Flag Football Game

1:00 pm – Coach O Wrap-Up

*Water Breaks will be included throughout
